Do you feel stuck in a relationship you don't like?
Would you
like to attract the relationship of your dreams?
Relationship coaching is a highly effective way to develop a healthy
relationship with your current partner, or to attract the
ideal partner to you.
What
is holding you back from having the relationship of your dreams?
Your biggest block may be not knowing the secrets to communicating
with your partner in a way that establishes healthy intimacy, and
trust. You may find yourself playing the blame game instead of
communicating in a way that empowers your partner to shift their
behavior. You may also be plagued by strong judgments against
your partner which are blocking you from seeing his or her beauty
and strengths. Coaching can help you emerge from these
unhealthy games, and teach you the skills for relating with others
in ways that empower them, satisfy your needs, and support your
overall well-being.
Have
you been trying to manifest the ideal mate for years without any
results? Some of the common reasons that people do not succeed
in manifesting their ideal partners are a negative attitude,
limiting beliefs, and an inability to be intimate. If you are
trapped in negative attitudes, people tend to sense this negativity
and do not want to enter into a relationship with you. Who
wants to be with someone who is always critical or judgmental of
others? Coaching can help you become aware of where you are
stuck in negative mindset, and teach you highly effective techniques
to transcending these limiting emotional states.
Also,
if you have a belief that you will never attract the perfect mate,
or that the ideal partner does not exist, you will never manifest
the right partner for you. What you believe is what you
receive. Coaching will support you in shifting your
belief system around relationships so that you begin sending out the
right vibration to attract your ideal mate.
Who can benefit from relationship coaching?
You could be the perfect candidate if you are someone who:
- has
already processed out some of your emotional issues around
relationships by doing therapy, and would now like to embrace new
healthier ways of relating with your partner.
-
feels stuck in a negative relationship, and wonders if you should
leave the relationship.
- has
the strong desire to create a deeper heart connection with your
partner.
- is
plagued by loneliness, and doesn't seem to be able to manifest a
partner that meets your needs.
- hates
something about their relationship, and wants to make a change.
- is
tired of a condescending or critical way of relating to your
partner.
- is
committed to deep exploration and growth, and knows that your
relationships are your ultimate teachers.
How would relationship coaching benefit me?
Relationship coaching can help you:
-
discover why you get triggered or upset by certain things your
partner says or does to you, and learn how to put an end to this
behavior.
-
define what your needs are in the relationship instead of sweeping
these needs under the rug.
-
learn to ask for what you need instead of hoping your partner will
guess your needs.
-
create a healthier way of communicating with your partner based on
mutual love and respect.
- set
boundaries with your partner, and learn effective ways to enforce
these boundaries.
- gain
clarity on whether a specific relationship is still right for you,
or whether it is time to move on.
-
discover how to empower your partner so that he or she makes
changes that support your relationship.
-
eliminate critical attitudes that are sabotaging your
relationship.
-
learn and implement the secrets to attracting a new partner to you
if you are not currently in a romantic relationship.
What is the difference between relationship coaching and therapy?
Therapy is about processing through emotions and feelings that
have been created from some sort of trauma in your past. In
therapy you are normally involved in some sort of analysis about
your childhood relationships and how they are impacting your current
relationship. The emphasis in a therapeutic environment is
often (but not always) on the past, and fixing an issue.
Therapy is very valuable to most people, and I often recommend that
my clients get therapy if they have not already done so.
Coaching offers you something different, and complementary to most
strictly therapeutic processes. As a coach, I help you gain
clarity on what you truly need in your current relationship, and
coach you on how to shift your communication style so that a new
kind of relationship emerges. The coaching process is
centered on gaining new perspectives about yourself, and supporting
your personal empowerment. It is especially helpful if you
have already benefited from the therapeutic process, and feel that
there is still another level you would like to attain in the arena
of relationships.
Please
note that I do not do therapeutic processes with my clients, and
will refer you out if you need this kind of assistance.
